Before you book

A few house rules

Booking

  • By appointment only — a private studio in Edmonton, North London. Your full arrival details come with your booking confirmation.
  • A £20 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and goes towards the final cost of your style.
  • The deposit stays non-refundable if you cancel.
  • Reschedule up to 48 hours before and you won't pay another deposit.

Requirements

  • Come with your hair freshly washed — no more than 3 days before your appointment.
  • Hair thoroughly blow-dried, or a £15 fee for me to do it.
  • Hair fully detangled.
  • For wigs, your bundles must arrive 5–7 days before your appointment.
  • The balance is paid at the start of your appointment.
  • I only work with fresh bundles.

Late policy

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Running late? Message me.
  • More than 30 minutes late and the appointment is automatically cancelled.
  • 15–30 minutes late is a compulsory £20 charge.
  • A drop-off 3 days or under counts as an “Emergency Appointment” — a compulsory £30 fee.

Emergency slots

  • Appointments booked under 48 hours will carry a discretionary emergency fee.
  • During peak periods, such as the festive season, prices may vary and a discretionary surcharge may apply.
